Equity One and the Las Vegas Sands Corporation are the only two North American real estate organizations to submit their sustainability report on-line to the Global Reporting Initiative. Equity One is a real estate investment organization that buys, develops, renovates, and manages shopping centers in urban neighborhoods and large residential communities across America. Their shopping centers are similar to the ones you may find in your larger metropolitan neighborhoods and includes restaurants and stores such as Chipotle, The Cheesecake Factory, Old Navy, DSW, Sports Authority and so many more. The Las Vegas Sands Corporation is rooted Las Vegas, however has hotel, casino and convention center properties around the US and in parts of Asia as well. The Las Vegas Sands Corporation main focus is as a global real estate developer of resorts and is most famously known for its Venation and Palazzo resort and casino properties in Las Vegas and in Macao.
